Terms of Use

By using any SQ-Apps site or application — including Munasafa and Kalimatna — you agree to what is on this page. It is short, because our products are free and sell nothing.

1. The service

Our apps today are entirely free: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no advertising. If that ever changes it will be said plainly before it takes effect, and nothing you use for free is turned into a paid feature without notice.

2. What we ask of you

• Do not use the service unlawfully, to harm anyone, or to publish abuse or incitement.
• Do not attempt to break into the service, disrupt it, or flood it with automated requests.
• Only enter data you are entitled to enter — names, amounts, transfer details and the rest.
• Do not impersonate anyone or create an account in another person's name.

3. What you write stays yours

Your groups, expenses and names belong to you. We claim no ownership of them, use them in no marketing, and sell them to no one. We store them to provide the service and delete them on request — how to request deletion.

4. Accounts

Signing in is optional where it exists. Keep the Google account you sign in with secure: whoever reaches it reaches what sits behind it here. We may suspend an account used for abuse or to damage the service or other users.

5. Group links in Munasafa

A group link is the group's key: whoever holds it can see and edit the group. That is a deliberate design so the app can work without accounts. Share the link only with people you want in the group, and do not write anything in a group that you would not want every holder of its link to read.

6. The numbers do not replace your own check

Munasafa is a calculation aid. We work hard to keep its arithmetic correct and test it automatically, but responsibility for any transfer you make is yours. Check the amount and the recipient before you send money. The app moves no money and touches no bank account — it calculates and displays, nothing more.

7. Provided as is

The service is provided "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do our best to keep it running and to fix what is reported, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law. We may change the service or discontinue part of it; we aim to give notice first and to keep shared links working.

8. Intellectual property

The SQ-Apps name, our product names, logos and designs are ours. Using them for anything other than referring to us requires our written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them is heard before its competent authorities.
